We recommend you book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.
For any cancellation made by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply:
• more than 3 days before the transfer, free
• 3 days before the transfer, 5 % of the overall price
• 2 days before the transfer, 25 % of the overall price
• the day before transfer, 50% of the overall price
• the day of transfer : no refund
You can book online and pay directly to the driver on your arrival. They only accept cash(Euros only).
You just need to print off the confirmation email or show it on your smartphone mailbox to your driver when you arrive in Algarve.
On your booking form, please insert all your transfer and personal details.
Please be sure that you insert your mobile number (in case we need to contact you ).

On your booking you can request your baby or child seats, we'll be happy to provide them for free.

At the end of the booking form you can choose to pay on the arrival in cash directly to the driver (Euros only) or online with your credit card (please note that we don't charge any extra booking fee).

After you finalize your booking you'll immediately receive your booking confirmation voucher on your email.

That's all, your transfer is booked!
You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage free of charge per person.
Use the field Special requirements on the booking form to indicate some extra information (extra luggage such as Golf clubs, folded wheelchairs, boxed bikes, surf boards, etc... ) so that we can arrange suitable transportation.
For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement.

After landing at Faro airport a driver will be at the arrivals with a sign with your name. It will help you with your luggage and take you to your destination.
You can also contact us on our mobile phone. Any delays we will contact you on your mobile phone if the terminal is crowded.
When you arrive we will pick you up from the terminal you land in at the airport and take you to the door of the address that you filled on booking.
On departure we will pick you up from the address you asked and drop you off at the terminal from which your flight leaves.

The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Algarve.
From the far destination in Algarve the journey time is approximately 90 minutes to Faro International Airport, and from the nearest destination about 15 minutes, but may vary.
Our drivers are connected to ANA live flight information system and are able to follow your plane with the given flight number. We will wait up to one hour after your plane landed even if the scheduled arrival time of your flight has been delayed.
After this time we will try our best to provide your transfer.
It is important that you call or text us just in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim, so we can make sure the driver doesn’t leave without you.
We only will wait up to one hour after your plane landed.
